There are 30 Ainu Items in Ghost of Yotei, and each of them will serve Atsu with a piece of culture and a relic from the Ainu people of Ezo. Not only will these collectibles be a fine addition to your collection to ensure you have everything, but Ainu Items are also used to upgrade the Robes for Sitturaynu, an armor set designed around collectibles.
All Yotei Grasslands Ainu Items in Ghost of Yotei
Ainu Item #1 – Repunkur Canteen
Found during the “A Drink with a Stranger” Side Tale, acquired from the Ainu Askur Trader below the “T” in “Southern Coast” in the Yotei Grasslands. Follow through the quest to find the Ainu Item.
Ainu Item #2 – Raoma
Head south of the Yotei Grasslands to reach the Southern Coast, then follow it down to the coast and venture northwest to find this Ainu Item between the two waterfalls.
Ainu Item #3 – Makiri
Found on the center rock of Lake Kuttara.
Ainu Item #4 – Ninketeyep
Found west of the Shikotsu River, past Windy Meadow, and within a small abandoned campsite.
Ainu Item #5 – Mukkuri
Found north of the Sarubetsu River by following the river to the left. You’ll eventually find a bamboo area that needs to be cut through, where inside is an Ainu Item in a camp.
Ainu Item #6 – Marek
Head to the Nupur River, where just about the “I” in “River” on the map is an Ainu Item by a piece of wood and a tree on the shore.
Ainu Item #7 – Ku-e-shinok Ring
North of the Nupur River and across from it is the Saito Recruitment Camp, where, further behind that and to the left of the waterfall, is the Ainu Item.
All Ishikari Plain Ainu Items in Ghost of Yotei
Ainu Item #8 – Cispo
From the starting area of Ishikari Plain, head southwest of the Matsumae Outpost to scale the cliff towards the river.
Ainu Item #9 – Clothes for the Dead
Head to the Howling Cove (northwest), where on the “H” of “Howling” on the map is a burned shelter that has the Ainu Item.
Ainu Item #10 – Traded Furs
Head through Horokanai Bluffs to the Nakagoya Spring, where you’ll find this Ainu Item to the left of the waterfall by the cliff wall.
Ainu Item #11 – Kiray
Head directly west of Rumoi River to find this Ainu Item on the cliff overlooking the ocean.
All Tokachi Ridge Ainu Items in Ghost of Yotei
Ainu Item #12 – Ninkari
Complete the Side Tale “The Soul of an Instrument” in Yubari Lake, located at the Ainu Musician’s Camp.
Ainu Item #13 – Tepkeri
Found against the rocks of the tall hill just behind the Prospector’s Camp along the east river of Serpent’s Pass.
Ainu Item #14 – Kuwari
Head north of Yamane Bluffs, just above the “Y” in “Yamane” in the map, to find an Ainu Settler. Speak with the Ainu to get the Ainu Item.
Ainu Item #15 – Tamasai
Directly within the spawn area of Bamboo Rock, located within Ishiusu Basin, west of Shizunai Woods.
Ainu Item #16 – Tanpakuop
Head north of the “W” in “Shinzunai Woods” to find a hill, with the Ainu Item sitting on top.
Ainu Item #17 – Karop
From within the Marshland Homestead Yotei Six Camp, head towards the straw-roofed building by the Altar of Reflection to find this item on a box against the wall. The Yotei Six Camp itself is north of Tomamu Marshlands.
Ainu Item #18 – Kuyoy
Head to the top of Boar’s Eye Cave, where, on the “V” on the map, you’ll find the Ainu Item under a tree on the cliff.
All Nayoro Wilds Ainu Items in Ghost of Yotei
Ainu Item #19 – Newsar-kamuy
Head east of the Iwor Woods to find a wooden stick implanted into the ground, which has an Ainu Item within.
Ainu Item #20 – Tesma
Climb the Niptay Mountain as part of the “The Legend of Opusnupuri” Mythic Tale, where after pulling down the wall with the mysterious Ainu, you can enter through the gap, jump over the ledge, and grapple upwards to find the Ainu Item by a ledge.
Ainu Item #21 – Marek
North of Nayoro Wilds by the “U” in “Nupur River”, you’ll find a bunch of tall sticks by rocks on the shore, which has an Ainu Item.
All Teshio Ridge Ainu Items in Ghost of Yotei
Ainu Item #22 – Hos
Head through the Sakuru Woods, where on the cliff of the “R” on “Sakuru”, you’ll find the Ainu Item overlooking the north.
Ainu Item #23 – Sitopera
Head south of Sarobetsu Lake to find an abandoned campsite that has an Ainu Item on the tree stump.
Ainu Item #24 – Sinta
Head northwest of the Crimson Forest and follow the road until there’s a path to the right that will take you to a campsite among the rocks.
Ainu Item #25 – Menokomakir
Within the first building of the Hunting Camp Hideout, just to the left of the statue of the nine-tailed fox. The Hunting Camp Hideout is accessed via the Sarufutsu Lighthouse (puzzle solution here). Players can find this area northeast of Sentinel Forest.
Ainu Item #26 – Matampus
Located in the very northern edge of Teshio Ridge at the Cape Inari Hideout, inside the back building. This camp is accessed via the Cape Inari Shrine puzzle (solution here).
All Oshima Coast Ainu Items in Ghost of Yotei
Ainu Item #27 – Mat Loom
East of the starting area is the Miyama Village Yotei Six Camp, located in the Tokuyama Hills. The Ainu Item is within a straw hut to the southeast.
Ainu Item #28 – Citarpe Cape
Found to the southwest, directly beneath the “E” in “Orito Forest” on the map, by an abandoned campsite.
Ainu Item #29 – Lacquerware
Beside the watchtower and fence on the west side of the Saito Artillery Outpost, which is just before the Shojin Hills.
Ainu Item #30 – Niesike
Found by the last “E” in “Hakodate Shore”, beside an abandoned camp in the southeast of Oshima Coast.
